App troubleshooting
If you are experiencing some issues with the app, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
Clear cache & data
- Open the Settings on your phone
- Tap the Storage heading to open its settings page
- Tap the Other Apps heading to see a list of your installed apps
- Find the FOREO application you want to clear the cache of and tap its listing
- Click on the button saying “Clear cache & data”
- Open the app and see if the issue was fixed
- Reinstall the app
- After deleting and re-installing the app, please make sure to restart your phone. Once the phone has been restarted, please then attempt to enter and use the app.
- Ensure that your mobile's operating system has been updated to the latest version. In other words, please ensure that your mobile phone is running the latest software update.
- Ensure that your device is fully charged, the phone is Bluetooth enabled, and the Wi-Fi is connected.
- Hold the power button on your FOREO device for 8 seconds - this will reset it and eliminate any possibility of miscommunication between the app and the device.
