Product registration

Registering your FOREO device comes with many benefits. It will confirm you own an original and brand new FOREO product. If anything happens to the device in the following 2 years*, you can claim your warranty with our Customer Care Team.

*Warranty length may differ by country. We guarantee at least a two-year warranty worldwide, with full support of our Customer Care team.

Some of our devices are locked and cannot be turned on just by pressing the universal button. We recommend charging all of our devices for at least 2 hours before registering.

After you have fully charged your device, follow these steps to unlock it:

  1. Download the FOREO For You app and log in to an existing account or sign up for a new one with the desired email address.
  2. Click Add Device in the upper left corner of the app - choose your new device's range.
  3. Allow access and turn on Bluetooth on your phone, also allow access to location and other settings that the app is asking for.
  4. Under a window to scan the barcode, press For Bluetooth Devices.
  5. After pressing For Bluetooth Devices press and hold the Universal button on your device and then release (expect the device to blink and sync with your phone).
  6. After your device has been synced, fill out a short information form* about your device and press register; your device is now registered and ready to use.

*Bear in mind that the proof of purchase is not mandatory for the device to be registered, but it is recommended to upload it or store it somewhere safe, since it is required in case of a warranty claim.

  1. Download the FOREO For You app and log in to an existing account or sign up for a new one with the desired email address.
  2. Click Add Device in the upper left corner of the app - choose your new device's range.
  3. Scan the barcode using your phone or enter the serial number on the bottom of the device/on product packaging. Click on the "Register" button to complete the registration process.
  4. Fill in the purchase info to finish the registration.

*Bear in mind that the proof of purchase is not mandatory for the device to be registered, but it is recommended to upload it or store it somewhere safe since it is required in case of a warranty claim.

Troubleshoot issues with device registration

Follow the steps to troubleshoot the FOREO For You application:

  1. Ensure that your device is fully charged and that your Bluetooth is turned on (for Bluetooth devices).
  2. Delete your phone's cookies and cache memory.
  3. Delete the application - perhaps the application simply needs to be updated.
  4. After deleting the application, make sure to restart your phone.
  5. Ensure that your mobile's operating system has been updated to the latest version (ensure that your mobile phone is running the latest software update).
  6. After you followed all the steps above, kindly reinstall the application.

 

How do I know if my device has been registered?

To check if your device is registered, simply log into your account at our official website www.foreo.com, click on your profile, and then select the option WARRANTY CLAIM from the menu on the left-hand side of the page. There you will see a list of all of your registered devices.

You can also access your account through the FOREO For You app, and there you will find all your registered devices.
