Yes, the LUNA™ go  is safe to be used under the eyes to help reduce dark circles and puffiness. We’d recommend to lower the frequency and glide the LUNA™ go smooth on the specific area but without pressing too much on the skin.

You can use any facial cleanser with the LUNA™ go, but to keep your device in optimal condition, avoid using clay-based, silicone-based or grainy cleansers as they may damage the silicone touch-points. 

Yes, FOREO's unique design makes the device completely waterproof so it's suitable to use in the shower or bath.

​Wash the brush surfaces with soap and water, rinse with clean water and pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel. We recommend spraying the device with FOREO's Silicone Cleaning Spray and rinsing with warm water afterwards for optimal results. Allow device to air-dry.

Your FOREO device is rechargeable with its included charger. One hour of charging delivers a full charge which lasts for up to 1 month which lasts for up to 60 uses.

• While charging, the indicator will flash repeatedly
• When the battery is full, the indicator will emit a steady glow
• When the battery is low, the indicator will start to flash repeatedly

Remove all makeup, wet the LUNA™ go then dampen your face and apply your regular cleansing product. Turn on your LUNA™ go by pressing the center button once.

Gently massage into the face with the LUNA™ go’s cleansing brush for 1 minute: cleanse your chin and cheek using circular movements and repeat on the other side, starting from the center, cleanse your forehead with gentle outward circular strokes, cleanse the nose by gliding up and down one side, then the other. Delicately cleanse the under-eye region using outward strokes.

Press the center button once more to turn off the LUNA™ go.

Rinse and dry your face. Apply your favorite skincare products, if any.
