How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

The time for your order to be shipped depends on the country your order is being shipped to. For more details, you can always check the status of your order by logging in to your account. The expected delivery time will be visible on foreo.com when placing the order.
Please note that it can vary based on location and promotion periods.
Note: the delivery estimation counts the working days necessary for the package to be delivered from the moment of the parcel being delivered to the currier.

 

How can I track my order?

Your account will show that your order is “completed” once your order is confirmed and verified. When the order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number that you can use to track your package on the website of the shipping company.

 

Will I have to pay additional tax or any custom or duty fees on my order?

Prices on foreo.com include VAT for all deliveries to the USA, Australia, EU countries, United Kingdom, Turkey and Mexico. Please be aware that orders made outside the USA, Australia, EU countries, United Kingdom, Turkey and Mexico may be subject to additional import tax and duty once the order reaches its designated country. As FOREO has no control over these charges, you must bear the cost of any additional import taxes and duty fees.
