Dana Drori: Hi. Kristen: Thank you so much for meeting with us today. Dana: Thank you for having me. Kristen: What are some recommendations you have for a good, easy breakfast? It's so hard to get ready in the morning and have enough time to have a full breakfest. Dana: My go-to is usually Greek yogurt because it's very high in protein and it keeps me full. I make my own granola, so I'll do that in the morning. I also really love eggs over oatmeal, a savoury oatmeal, which will just be oatmeal with, sometimes I'll do rice vinegar and soy sauce. Kristen: Wow, I've never heard of that. Dana: Just a savoury oatmeal instead of quinoa or something, having oatmeal as savoury instead of sweet. And then I'll put kale or something over it as well. It's actually really good, I know it sounds strange. There are a few places in New York that serve it so I just try to make my own version. Kristen: Thank you for sharing your tips and meeting with us today. I'm sure they'll help a lot of our viewers. Dana: I am glad to be part of it.
