Hi there! Like most exercises, we recommend little and often and as everyone is unique results can differ and become more apparent at different times. So please feel free to do little and often and maybe take a picture before and after with one-month interval and we are sure you will notice the difference. However please consult your GP if there is an adverse effect and stop for the time being before getting the go-ahead all is fine.
