Hi there, I hope you are doing well. All of our reviews are from our real readers and none of them are fake, because we truly appreciate honest opinion and it helps us grow. The reason why acne is photoshopped on models is because the goal was to show the face before and after, so it would be impossible to find someone who has acne on only one half of the face. We did not have any bad intentions with this picture, nor with the article, our goal was to help women and men who are struggling with acne. We want to spread awareness about acne to stop being a taboo topic because it is quite normal that we do not have perfect skin, and we are here to help you as best we can. Take care <3
