Hi Sena thank you for your post! The UFO 2 is designed for use with the UFO masks only, therefore, we would not recommend using the device on bare skin. However, the top part of the UFO is for design, grip and most importantly is used to conduct the heat away from the bottom of the device when in cooling mode.
