Dear Sunny, Thank you for your post and we are sorry to hear that you are having connection issues with your LUNA 3 Plus! Please note that we are fully aware of this and our App Team are currently working on a App update to solve this issue ideally before Christmas! I know this is not the sort of news you want to hear but we listened and are taking action so you can fully enjoy the benefits of the LUNA 3 Plus as soon as possible.
