Hi Mary and thank you for your post! Congratulations on your new LUNA 3. We would suggest the you fully charge your device before using. Regards to the warranty you do not need to register your device via the website as once you have activated your device via the App this will activate the warranty right away so you can just login to your account on the website and you will see your device there.
Yes this can happen also and its completely normal that sometimes you do not have to press the on button when you using the device via the App. I hope this helps and you can now enjoy all the benefits of the LUNA 3 :)
