Hi Stephaine, No worries we will get that massage mode started for you. The LUNA 3 would require you to be in the App when you want to perform the massage mode and its best that you connect to the WIFI and the battery of the LUNA 3 to be charge sufficiently.
- Go to your devices in the app

- Click "START" on the Luna 3

- Click go to the massage treatments (above the Start button)

This will take you to the massage treatments in the FOREO app for the Luna 3.
