Hey Roberta, thank you for asking! It is indeed normal for Luna 3 to turn off in offline mode after a couple of seconds. However, Luna 3 was manufactured in a couple of batches and one batch was programmed to work in this mode and others were not. However, if you think your Luna 3 might be faulty please send an email to customercare@foreo.com and send a video so an agent can take a closer look if something is wrong.
