Hello Zein, don't worry, it is normal that the charging cable for your Luna 3 does not intrude all the way into the Luna 3 itself. It is simply how the Luna 3 was designed - the charger is in fact designed to be slightly apart from the UFO whilst charging it. If your device is not blinking while being charged I would kindly ask you to send an email to customercare@foreo.com for further assistance.
