There are multiples that could help. I'm suffering from hormonal acne in my 30s, and it's been tough finding what works. I like to rotate the masks, but for when my breakouts are bad, but my skin still needs moisture the Manuka Honey is the way to go. Manuka Honey is naturally antimicrobial and helps soothe irritation while moisturizing. The Make My Day mask is great bc it has Hyaluronic acid and that helps lock moisture in your skin, as well as Red Algae that also helps skin stay moisturized. It has not caused my breakouts to get worse, it helps to heal the marks and dark spots they leave behind. The Coconut Oil has also served me well, it helps with redness and is also naturally antimicrobial.
