Hi Olivia, I would kindly ask you to check the ingredients of your cleansers and make sure they are not oil-based, clay-based, or have exfoliated. This could possibly cause damage to the silicone of the device. Regarding your Luna Play Plus please change the batteries and if that does not help send an email to customercare@foreo.com for further assistance.
