Hi Diya, don't worry! You can change the intensity in the following way:
If you look at your UFO 2 in your 'My FOREO Products' page, you should see a small figure of gear right underneath the UFO 2 icon. This small gear will take you to the 'settings' section for your UFO 2. Please click on the gear figure, and the app should prompt you to connect your UFO 2 to the app via Bluetooth. Once UFO 2 is connected, you will have the option to change the time and intensity of cleansing. Please change the time and intensity on this page, and after changing, the app should remember the changes you made. That way, you can choose your own, personalized time, and intensity settings.
