The cleansing cycles of LUNA Fofo are completely personalised according to your skin analysis - the Fofo remembers your last skin analysis and provides a perfect cleanse according to the results you got. Every cleansing cycle lasts for one minute - but the Fofo continues to work for an additional two minutes (3 in total) at which point it turns off to prevent overuse. We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the results, but please know that we would recommend using the device for a longer period of time (a few months) for best results! :)
