I have been purchasing Foreo products since 2016. For the last couple of years my experiences with their toothbrushes has been worsening, they ALWAYS stop working at the 2 years mark, or for some reason when I take flights, funny enough the problem is always the batteries.
Years back, The Foreo customer service team would try to help, but for the last year they have come up with new policies to leave costumers hanging out dry, despite this product being advertised as long lasting. Do not spend your money on these toothbrushes, if you are unlucky enough for them to stop working after the 2 years mark, you will be left with an almost $200 toothbrush that you can do nothing with.
