Dermalmd serum fast and effective and can diminish blemishes ASAP. I would only recommend using for spot treatment; I used it in a couple blemish prone spots as a preventative but it backfired and I broke out worse than before. I've only been using it for spot treatment since then and would recommend this to everyone.
