Hello Firdaus, thank you for setting these interesting questions related to your UFO™ 2. Kindly note that you cannot use your UFO™ 2 with a cotton pad as there is a risk of inflammation. Please use it with our UFO™ 2 activated and sheet masks only. Of course, the UFO™ 2 could be used with other producers' masks too, but we do not guarantee you it would have the same results and effect with them as our UFO™ 2 masks were developed especially for it to deliver the most value. We recommend you use your UFO™ 2 times a day, as a part of your morning and night skincare routine. Rest assured that you can use your UFO™ 2 again by pressing the universal power button within 30 seconds after the end of the routine to start the same treatment over again. Speaking of the preset temperature, it is being set automatically according to the treatment you selected. The temperature range goes from 5 to 45 degrees, again, depending on the treatment. To make sure your UFO™ 2 lasts long take care of it by not leaving it in the direct sunlight, and never expose it to extreme heat or boiling water.
