I can't manually change the LED colour on my device. I can change the temperature but the colour is stuck on red. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling app, going round the purple light settings using the universal power button etc. When I try to use the "colour wheel" in smart settings that gives different colours on the small dots, but again on the device itself nothing changes and it is stuck on red. Also in the smart section the small circle I am meant to use to move round the outside of the wheel to change the lights doesn't move round the main circle (in the middle of the colour wheel).

This function is important to me as customising was a big draw in buying the device!
