Dear Kate, thank you for sharing your interest with us for our UFO™ device. Please note that we don't recommend using your device directly on your skin without the sheet mask as described on our online manual. However, you can get full benefits from UFO™'s LED lights. Just be careful not to press the device on your skin while using the LED therapy only.
