Dear Susan, yes, UFO™ 2 devices are safe to be used under the eyes. We recommend gently gliding the device around the eye area, being careful to apply minimal pressure. Exercise particular care when using UFO™ 2 around the under-eye regions and do not bring the device into contact with the eyelids or eyes themselves. Hope this helps :) Best regards!
