Dear Jenny, Thank you for your post. In this case, we would recommend contacting your local GP to confirm the suitability of this device alongside your medication. As this is a thyroid medication its best to check to see if the device can be used near the neck area or to avoid. Therefore please feel free to download the user manual on FOREO.COM or contact our Customer Care who can provide you with this to assist you further and to show to your doctor. Hope this helps :)
