Hi Nhu, Thank you for your post! When performing the UFO treatments we would recommend not going over the actual eye itself but just past the orbital bone and not to look at the LED lighting directly when performing the treatment. There is no need to cover the eyes if doing this but just refrain from looking at the LED and not going too close to the eye. Hope this helps :)
