Dear Sue, don't worry, the massages are in the app - they're just a little hidden! ;) To find them, press the START button next to your Luna™ 3. The next screen displayed is a woman cleansing her face, and with another grey START bar on the bottom of the page. Right above this START bar, there'll be a 'go to massage treatments' option. Just click on that, and you'll find the Massage mode of the Luna™ 3. I hope this helped! Let me know if there is any other question I could answer for you! Best regards :D
