The Foreo Android app always crashes each time I entre the purchase date in the register processus.

I can therefore neither unlock nor use my Luna 3.

My devices are fully charges but the pb seems indep of devices.

I deleted réinstallés the app and switched off then on my phone. I tried on two différent phones. The bug is always there, it seems endogenous.

I did email cutomercare@ .Waiting for answers.
Please help.
