Hi. I just got a Foreo bear and I’ve been trying to switch it on/off and pair it with the app, to no avail! After charging it the requisite 1.5 hours, all I’m getting is a steady red light on the power button. It also won’t switch on or off even if I hold the button. I can’t even register it because it’s not accepting the QR or manual input of the serial number. I got the unit from Sephora. Don’t know what to do. Help!
