Hi Tara, Would you mind uninstalling the App and then Reinstalling. When you are prompted to sync the device please avoid pressing the button and the LUNA Mini 3 may sync automatically with the app. Sometimes this happens when the App needs updating or the App syncs without the need of pressing the button resulting in the device going into manual mode when pressed.
