Hi I have written uncountable mails to the support team, but I am not getting any response to sort my queries. I have just got my brand new Luna 3, and its power button is not working, nor am I able to connect it to the app through the scanner, as the device is not recognized. Kindly ask your team to respond to my mails and sort this out.
