I received my brand new Luna 3 today, but it's not connecting to the phone through app. I did not receive any scratch card, there is no serial number mentioned on the device bottom, and when I scan the bar code, it says- "please choose appropriate device type for registering this device".I have an iPhone and based out of India. Attaching an image here for your reference, kindly look into it and update me.
