Hi,
I have been using the Luna 3 for about 2 weeks. I have a hard times on using this device. At first, i could not use the massage mode (there was no "go to massage treatments" mode in the app interface) then suddenly it appeared. I used it once and it worked normally.
But now, the device doesn't respond the app. I've tried to reinstall the app, reconnecting the bluetooth, and remove the device but it doesn't work at all. I tried to find my luna 3, the app says it's connected to the device but my luna 3 doesn't vibrate.
I don't know whether the app nor the luna is the problem.
