Hi there,
I’ve connected my luna 3 to the app once, but the app keeps requesting me to connect my device every time I wanna use it. And almost every time when I try to hold the switch button for 5 secs, it will start vibrating instead of connecting to the app! My hands are trembling now. Is there a number I can call to contact the support team, I made the purchase in Hong Kong. Thanks.
