Hi there!
As many others I am unable to connect my Luna 3 with the app. When I hold the turn-on button for 5 seconds the device turns on but the ‘let’s connect your device with the app!’ screen stays the same and doesn’t show any signs of connection. I’ve sent an email to customercare@foreo.com but haven’t received a reply. This is very frustrating as I was looking forward to using my Lina but ended up spending over an hour trying to connect it without success. I’d appreciate it if you could help me with this. Thank you!
