Hi, when I double click the button, my Luna 3 runs for a few seconds (sometimes 5, sometimes 10, sometimes 30, it varies) and then stops. When I double click again it runs for the full 2 minutes. I’ve been reading the comments here and it seems that this issue is very common. Foreo replies saying that it is normal for Luna 3 to run for 30 seconds on offline mode. Another reply is that it is normal to run for 5-10 seconds and you are working to put it on the manual. So, really, what is the normal function? Because sometimes my Luna 3 just runs normally, with no few seconds before the set up time. So how can this be normal for Luna 3 offline mode if doesn’t happen every time? Also, I have another Luna 3 that has NEVER done this turning on for few seconds and then you have to double click again. So I really would like a plausible explanation, because this is a very expensive device.
