Senior stylist here, doing Keratin 'smoothing' services regularly for 4+ years. In training, We were asked NOT to call them straightenings. It saddens Me, they've been lumped together, here. Having had all manner of chemical straightening services over 15years, I'm super happy to have found Kerasilk, from Goldwell. Having developed allergies, from Colouring, I'm pleased to say, I get Zero reaction from this, and I apply without gloves. It cuts drying time dramatically & super smooth is achieved with 1-2 passes of a quality iron. Me, I'm never going back...
