Hi, Alycia! Thanks for letting us know about your issues. Please know that the battery life is up to the battery itself, which is not a Foreo product. Please try replacing the batteries and using your Fofo again, you should not have any issues. Should you have some problems with your Fofo, you can contact our customer care team on customercare-usa@foreo.com and they will do their best to help you asap!
