I'm very disappointed with the Foreo Fofo that came in my FabFitFun box. I've tried many times to turn the unit on, and every time but one it would not start. I hate to think that you shipped out a brand new product with dead batteries! Also, in the instruction booklet it says there is a USB cable that comes with it, when it is actually battery operated. I spent about half an hour figuring that out. Now I have to find a jewelers screwdriver to take the stupid bottom plate off so I can replace the batteries. Very disappointing.
