I received my box today (6/14) and downloaded the "Foreo for You" app that is blue/purple. When I try to analyze my skin with the app it takes about 3 seconds to register each cheek, but then it asks me to press and hold it on my forehead and when I do that it either doesn't register at all, or it takes a really long time (like 10 minutes!) then it says "Remove from skin" and then the screen just stays there and doesn't change from "Remove from skin". How do I fix this?
