Sometimes when I go to measure my skin levels with my new device, it refuses to pair and only turns on the vibrations to wash my face. Am I doing something wrong? I hold the button for 3 seconds to pair with my phone while the app is open and ready. It just wont let me measure my face whenever I need to wash my face.
