Please send us a photo of the device you received to customercare-usa@foreo.com.
Please know that there is only one LUNA fofo model, so if you received LUNA Fofo, it is the same one everyone else got :)
The size of LUNA Fofo is the same as LUNA Play Plus, so maybe this is where the confusion stemmed.

If your skin analysis was successful and you cleansed your skin afterwards, that's it :)
Please know that the app is still a beta version and it will be changed and updated before its official release!
