Hi Sherri, kindly note that you do not have to pair your device to the mobile Bluetooth, but just connect the device to the application. So in order to do so, just turn on the Bluetooth, go to the Foreo for you app and turn on the Fofo device by pressing and holding the on button for 3 seconds. It should then get automatically connected to the app. There is no need to enter any pin to use the app with the device.
