WHY didn't this thing come with instructions? The writing on the packaging is not only in an place, it requires a magnifying glass to see both because of the size and color used to print it. Also...it would be nice to know exactly what this extra silicone round thing is for - why must we search all over the internet for an answer. And code? How on earth am I supposed to know by looking at it that it has a code for registration? Poorly packaged, no instructions. Sorry, but referring to your website is not sufficient. Not everyone has internet access and even if they did, no one wants to waste their time searching online to figure out how to use a product they bought. The difficulty and frustration in trying to figure this gizmo out are enough to turn me off this item as well as this company. I don't even feel comfortable giving it away- why would I want anyone to give themselves a headache over an item which should already have the information with it?
