Hi, Dawn!
Since the registration is connected to the scratch card, if you register your device with the serial number first, you will not be able to register again with the scratch card code as the device is, in fact, already registered.
What I did is I deleted the existing registration for you, so you can now go to foreo.com/support and register with your scratch card code - this will register your device and you will receive the special little surprise on your e-mail :)
