Hi there! Please note that, in order to look younger, you need to do more than just exercise. Firstly, sunscreen (SPF50 or higher) is recommended. You also have to moisturize often in order to avoid the skin looking aged. Of course, healthy diet will help, and drinking plenty of water. Please do try facial exercises and do not disregard your skincare, as it is really important! Take care :)
