6 Popsicle Recipes You’ll Actually Make This Summer

You don’t need to be a Pinterest expert to make amazing popsicles.   Paletas, ice pops, popsicles - whatever you call them, they’re delicious. But who wants to spend all day concocting whimsical treats that will melt in 5 minutes? We’ve put together some easy recipes that would make Martha Stewart proud.  

Fruity Fresh

All that heat can really dry you out. These cool recipes are sure to quench that thirst.

Peach Tea Jamboree

You’ll Need:
  • 1 medium sized peach
  • Sweet tea - homemade or store-bought
  Wash & slice the peach, then place 1-3 slices in each popsicle mold. Pour tea over the peaches, then freeze until hardened. Now get out your fan, Scarlett O’Hara.  

Tickled Pink Lemonade

You’ll Need:
  • Pink lemonade mix
  • Water
  Make pink lemonade. Now freeze it in ice pop molds. Pat yourself on the back, you’re done!  

Fit & Fruity

You’ll Need:
  • Coconut water
  • Fruit of your choice
  Slice your fruit, place in the popsicle mold and add coconut water. Ta-da! The perfect way to cool down after a summer run.  

Sweet Treat

Let’s face it, it’s too dang hot outside for baking. But that doesn’t mean you have to give up dessert.  

Decadent Fudge Pop

You’ll Need:
  • 1 ½ cups chocolate almond milk
  • ½ cup Nutella
  Whisk together, pour into a mold, freeze overnight, and boom. You’re in chocolate-hazelnut heaven. Added bonus: you can lick the Nutella spoon during preparation.

Buzz-Worthy

If you want rosé all day without a pesky glass in your hand, try these refreshing poptails.  

 Gin There, Done That

You’ll Need:
  • 1 ½ oz. gin (but we’re not counting)
  • 3 cups tonic
  • ¼ lime, juiced
  • ½ cup cucumber slices
  That cucumber you bought to put on your eyes? Put them in this instead - besides, we know much better ways to de-puff. Mix up the gin, tonic & lime juice, then pour over the cucumber slices in your popsicle mold, and freeze.

Brut & Fruit

You’ll Need:
  • 1 bottle champagne or rosé wine
  • 8-10 oz. mixed berries
  Place the mixed berries in your mold, and fill with champagne. Freeze, then toast to a fabulous summer with frozen bubbly.
