Thank you for this information! I have a red light therapy panel. I just don’t know how to use it for fertility. It’s not that big, but if I sit in front of it, I think the light would hit the top of my head to the bottom of my vagina. Would sitting in front of it, help for fertility, or do I need to get a bigger panel, or just use this one specifically on the abdomen and below, while standing up, or do I need to get a panel specificly just for fertility?
