It’s understandable that it can be hard to say no to your grandma’s homemade cakes and sweets. You don’t have to completely avoid sweets during the holidays. Instead, try to practice moderation and limit your intake of sugary treats and drinking plenty of water can also help you feel full and reduce your cravings for sweets.
