I ordered the peach hair remover through QVC two weeks ago and I just received it yesterday.
Today I decided to take the time to read everything about it that came in the package and I went in the bathroom and I did just what it instructed as far as shaving the areas wiping then dry and then putting the gel that came with the product on the areas, I was going to use it on.
I tried everything to make it work. I actually sat down and rewrite the instructions five times and I went online to the QVC site and rewatch the demonstration video and no matter what I did I could not get it to start or flash while using it on my arms And legs.
I was getting very discouraged and I took the hair removal item I bought from you and I set it down on my wooden make up case that sits right by my bathroom sink. As soon as I set it down on the wooden make up case is started working and flashing, but the minute I would pick it up from Being in contact with a piece of wood it would stop working again. I tried this over and over again, and it would never work on my arms or legs, but if I sat it down on the wooden make up case it would start right up and would be flashing.
What am I doing wrong or is this product defective?
