The fact that exercise releases endorphins, the "feel-good" hormone, and helps control and lower cortisol levels, sometimes known as the "stress hormone," really caught my attention. I've been feeling incredibly self-conscious about my physique, and I want to start exercising to get healthy. That, in my opinion, would unquestionably make me feel more certain and gorgeous in my physique so I'll look into a gym free trial membership to start.
